Videogames = Best way to reduce stress???

Belive with the statement?

You better don't.Playing these things just making your brain go...a little cookoo.

Seriously,trust me.I had gone gaming on my pc for nearly 10 hours.Non stop.But,How come
I can play this game for 10 hours WITHOUT being hungry,sleepy or even forgot
to go pee.This is where the videogames magic's began.

Your focus are 100% on the games.It so much fun until you forget to do something more important such as taking shower,breakfast and yes you'll forget your homeworks too...

It is some kind of hypnosis that controls yourself.Moreover,if you're playing a game which is so hard,you're going to swear and started to throw the controlers and bang it to the floor.
Now you're calling it stress reduction activity?

If you had a hard time playing games,stop immidiately and go take a walk outside.
Usually,if you're stuck in a stage or level which is hard,it's seems that you don't had enough concentration and energy to keep up.By doing this,you will refresh yourself and be in a better condition.
